Celebrity Cruises Names New Ship

Celebrity Cruises has chosen the winter solstice as the date to announce the name of the fourth ship in its Solstice-Class fleet Celebrity Silhouette.
Like its widely acclaimed sister ships – Celebrity Solstice; Celebrity Equinox, which set sail in July 2009 and Celebrity Eclipse, which will enter service in April 2010 – the 122,000-GRT

Third Cunard “Elizabeth” recieves her Name

Cunard Line’s new 90,400-ton ship Queen Elizabeth is taking shape in an Italian shipyard prior to entering service next autumn.
 The vessel received its name when the letters were welded on to the bow at the Fincantieri shipyard near Trieste.
